In February 2019, during the Sundance Film Festival in Utah USA, a former member of South Africa’s Apartheid-era intelligence service (SAIMR) made a shocking confession on camera. His confession was made as part of a new documentary in which the South African secret service was contracted by the US and UK to kill then-UN Secretary General: Dag Hammarskjold. This operation was called Cold Case Hammarskjold.

In this documentary, this former secret agent, Alexander Jones, confessed that the SAIMR (South African Institute for Maritime Research) masterminded coups and other forms of violence in Africa during the 1970s and 1980s. The jaw-dropping confession was that they also spread HIV and other dangerous diseases in South Africa and Africa to wipe out or drastically reduce the Black population in Africa and South Africa. In another article, I will provide evidence to show that it was a US government policy to control the population in foreign lands as a means to protect US global interests.

According to this whistleblower, the leader of the SAIMR called Keith Maxwell, set himself up as a doctor and set up clinics across South Africa to infect people and spread the virus. To Keith Maxwell, it was necessary to reduce the Black population to get a White majority rule. Indeed, people interviewed remember this doctor coming to them and giving them questionable injections. Photos of the clinic set up by Keith Maxwell in Putfontein, near Johannesburg, have been seen.
They also spread the virus in Mozambique and other African countries. At least 5 people who worked on this HIV project were killed mysteriously to keep them from spilling the secret. Is it any wonder, that HIV and tuberculosis are so entrenched and widespread in South Africa? These reports further show the extent to which the Apartheid government went to reduce the African population.

Belgian Congo
One of the worst forms of genocide and mass murders to have occurred on earth was in Africa. After the Holocaust, the Congo genocide is next. Between 1885 and 1908, about 8-10 million people in the Kingdom of Kongo (modern-day Congo) were systematically and gradually killed. Millions more had their hands and feet cut off, leaving them unable to eat or work: these died eventually from hunger and diseases.

After the partition of Africa in Berlin between 1884-1885, King Leopold II of Belgium was given authority over the Congo. King Leopold II then began to force the locals to go deep into the deep forest to harvest wild rubber and ivory for export to Europe. Through this forced labour, he enriched Belgium and impoverished the Congolese. By giving a quota for each Congolese, he forced them to work daily around the clock with little or no rest. Those who resisted or failed to meet the daily quota were either beheaded or punished by cutting off their hands and feet.

Through this forced labour, the local people had little time to rest, feed themselves, nurture their children, or socialize. They were slaves in their own land. From a population of about 20 million, only 10 million were left after the 23-year rule of King Leopold II. Raping of women and girls by the Belgian soldiers and other colonialists was so rampant that it became the norm. Mass graves and hills of dying and diseased humans were found in the Congo. Yet, these colonialists called themselves Christians. Why not, because in their eugenics eyes, the African was not human.

The people of Congo lived through a reign of terror for many years, the ramifications of which still exist in modern Congo. As we move forward in this series, you will see how these population control agenda is coming close to a community near you.
