Behold, the world has become so secular and antagonistic to God. Yet should we hold our peace and keep mum for stones to praise HIM? Should we shy away for fear of taunts, jests, mocking and censorship of friends, family and authority?
Should we dress, eat and live to please the world or to praise HIM, our maker and King? Behold, King Saul feared his soldiers and sacrificed, although he was not a priest… He pleased them again and spared Agag and the fattest flocks. Hence, he lost the Kingdom to David.
Judas sold Christ for the world… He died ignominiously by hanging.
Peter denied Christ thrice, but a cock praised God twice!
Christ denies those who shy of confessing HIM openly…”For the fool has said in his heart, there is no God.”
I stand with Joshua this Holy Sabbath day: “Choose ye this day whom ye will serve, but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”
May we resolve like Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to openly and boldly stand for Jehovah at all times!
