The Rose of Findlay

Thoughts of love, for hearts in love

There is a Rose🌹in Findlay

In the center of Ohio, does she lay

In the City of Flags, she shines as day

As a glorious princess sculptured in clay

In the moonlight, she is a beautiful piece of art

In the darkest night, she brightens as light

Her lips are curved as petals,

…adorably unique among mortals

Her nose is as pointed as a diamond 💎

And her kiss, as sweeter as almond

In sleep, her hair falls gracefully

From her forehead, it draws beautifully

On a skin as creamy as ivory

…as curly as wool, yet so silky

Ever shall I care for this Rosa blanca

Watering it ever with pure springs of water

From a heart effusing with lavender 💜

That her florals shall bloom forever
